1. Order Cancellation Requests
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.
2. Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipment.
If you refuse delivery of the shipped order, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation. You can reach us via:
Before Shipment: Refunds for orders cancelled before shipment will be processed within 3-5 business days.
After Shipment: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the item has been returned.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders, such as custom-built or special-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been processed. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for more information.
6. Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
